Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges.
At Eskalater we want to ensure that you are happy with your puchases, in addition to your legal rights, if you change your mind, we will happily provide an exchange or refund less the original shipping cost provided the conditions below are met.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must have the original receipt or proof of purchase, be in original condition with packaging, labels and any tags attached. Standard delivery charges apply, unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights: eg, they are faulty or not as ordered.

Goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Eskalater. We recommend you courier your package so you are able to track your parcel. Please do not re-use our original shipment packaging. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. We cannot accept any prepaid satchels, envelopes, cash or stamps for re-delivery purpose.

Faulty items
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
